why the name?

The moment I looked at this shot, I thought it looked like

Lucy van Pelt from Peanuts

It takes a b!tch to know one I guess. So that's what I named it. I snapped this mural on Portland - it's right beside go-to resto Gusto. I walk by it all the time. Maybe that's why it came to mind.  

footnote: If you're the artist of Lucy and it's legal graffiti - I hope you don't mind I used it as reference. If you do - I'll take it down. Or if I make any money from it - you can have some. I smile every time I walk by it. Happy to pay for that~
